Overview

Duties include but not limited to:
1) Responding to incoming vacation rental inquires for our vacation properties

2) Being confident over the phone selling the features of the properties

3) Assisting our General Manager with various needs

4) Managing our  VRBO, and Airbnb accounts

5) Must be technically savvy (99% of our bookings come from online marketing)

6) Must have valid DL and clean driving record

7) Must be upbeat, fun, and have a passion for creating excitement about our properties

8) Must be able to multi-task and be extremely detailed.

9) Must be flexible to respond to inquires while in the office, not in the office, weekends, and nights. We get inquires 24/7 and responding to inquiries is the most important role of this position. The beauty is you can be anywhere and still respond to guest booking requests. Must be able to respond to inquiries from 8am to 7pm seven days a week. The position is flexible on the number of “Office Hours” to compensate for the “After Office Hours” our agents spend being responsive to the booking requests.
